Apply electrical and electronic theory and related knowledge, usually under the direction of engineering staff, to tune/align/troubleshoot and modify microwave RF components to comply with customer specifications. It will also include calibration of a variety of test equipment and taking and recording final data.

Machinists work around high-speed machinery. They must stand much of the workday. Their work areas are generally well lit and ventilated but noisy. Machinists are exposed to machine oil, metal filings, and unpleasant odors. To prevent accidents or injury, machinists are required to wear protective gear, such as safety glasses and earplugs, and follow safety regulations. Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted. Work areas must be well kept and clean.

As a member of the Quality Assurance Department, the primary job responsibility will be to perform day-to-day support in Quality Assurance. Multi-tasking skills are a must along with clear and effective communication skills.

Primary job responsibility of the Production Engineer will be to implement, develop, review and improve existing and new processes, procedures, methods and controls relevant to meet manufacturing objectives. Ideal candidate will recommend resolution of existing or imminent manufacturing problems.

Job summary

Design RF/Microwave amplifiers and passive components (combiners, couplers, filters) for high reliability applications. Apply engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments. Simulate designs, generate layouts and perform stress analysis. Work independently on new designs. Consult supervisor concerning problems and developments.
